i was forced to far too regularly drive a riding lawn mower starting at age 11. automobile driving at age 13 was anticlimactic.it is never too early to start MOST things. big girl, all grown up.

My daughter is only five and I think I am prepared for the driving part. My real worry is the dating part.

When my daughter started learning to drive for real, I regretted not letting her start earlier. I should have started her at 5 with the shopping cart and worked it up from there. She may not have killed anyone learning to drive but I am pretty sure she shaved a few years off my life. The earlier the better in my mind. She does have a very suspiciously gleeful look on her face though…

Karl…She is growing up so fast. Ed…I don't even want to go there yet.Phoebe..You should have seen her mother in the seat next to her! Matter of fact; I'll post that picture as an update…It'll make you chuckle.
